What are stickies packs?

Sticky note packs are essential for staying organized and keeping meetings productive. They promote action-oriented thinking, allowing participants to quickly record ideas without relying on long conversations alone. With the addition of names to each sticky note, every team member can take ownership of their contributions, helping ensure everyone stays engaged and accountable.

Sticky note packs help make research easier to keep track of, identify knowledge gaps and potential growth areas, and condense complex ideas into concise statements. They also form the basis for many UX group processes, such as ideation, affinity diagramming and design thinking.

How to use stickies packs?

There are no rigid guidelines to follow when it comes to using sticky notes – the key is to tailor them to the context of your project and the dynamics of your team. They can't substitute for process, strategy, or sophisticated methods; instead, they enable you to start in an agile way whilst ensuring that everyone on your team has a chance to contribute their own opinion and viewpoint.
